What's it called when you start more things than you can ever finish?

I mentioned that I'm writing a Gemini client. But I've also recently started on

• translating old BASIC games to Java
• ASCII animations at the command prompt
• an IRC protocol handler so I can run bots defined in JavaScript
• a Sokoban solver
• a card game server (did snap and Uno, stalled while implementing knockout whist)

I need to differentiate between "That's a thing I'd like to have done" (necessary condition) and "That's a thing I want to work on enough that I won't start something else" (sufficient condition).
