There's a lot of concern about the effects of social isolation on mental health. But I relish the prospect of more time on my own. In fact the problem is that there are two of us in the house - I'm not isolated enough.
But I can understand that other people feel differently, and I'm wondering how long this will go on for. At some point we all have to come out into the world. And if the virus hasn't completely gone, we start all over again.
I'm not having to commute, which on the one hand is very pleasing, but on the other means that I haven't done any reading lately. Current book: Le Vicomte de Bragelonne
